On tap at the Noosh in Lerwick in Shetland.
The beer pours a bright gold amber color with excellent lacing and head retention and lacing. This beer looks great. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. On the nose I'm getting malt and cereal, with some underlying earthiness from the hops (I assume). The flavor profile is simple and one dimensional. It's fairly malty, with some light grassiness in the finish. The beer has a very clean mouthfeel, with a moderately long finish. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and so drinkability is pretty good I guess.
Nothing special here, but it's not awful. Probably wouldn't order again.

Pours a bubbly lager amber, with a thick creamy white head that leaves a decent lacing. The nose has a slight coppery tinge to it, which is absent from the bready taste on the tongue. Buttery texture, avoids wateriness without a particularly high ABV to go off. It's a lager, not the best in the world (apologies to my Scottish mates), but it's inoffensive.

It is a good looking beer with a thick white detergent head and lots of lacing. The smell is of mild hops. It tastes very similar to a Helles, but it is not as sweet. Overall, it is decent, but I doubt I would buy it again.

First had it in Edinburgh pub and just found at a bar on tap in Ames Iowa of all places.
The rare combination of a relatively light beer that maintains body and flavor. Excellent example of a European lager straight out of Scotland.

Good cheap lager with very minor malt presence. It's no bad overall, and if you enjoy carbonation, it's got as much as the average macro American lager.

On tap:
Orange-tinged amber, with a bit more head than a typical lighter lager. Nose is almost absent, but a little grainy sweetness can be detected. On my palate, the malt stands out, with a caramel malt sweetness,. Then a citrus tang comes on, one I’m bouncing back and forth on being fine and distracting. Little above light in heft, although this pour seems a bit under-carbonated. I like the malt showing up, but I feel the ingredients and production to pair the two could be better.

It pours golden and is quite clear. It has considerable carbonation. It has a white head with good retention. There are some spicy flavors with slight sweetness.
