Instead of bottling, why not use Mason Jars?



They're cheap. They have seals. They are far easier to cap than bottles. They can be gotten in a variety of sizes. They are reuable and easy to clean/sterilize. They're not brown, but can be kept in the dark to prevent sun damage to the beer.
