Last December we pushed Bells Expedition Stout through it and it knocked every ones socks off. So..What do we use this year. It needs to be high ABV ( at least 8) and not too special as we don't want to over shadow anything. And I already know World Wide would be perfect but if we get a keg for the event there will be only one and delicious on its own. We do have a keg of expedition, but its vintage and we really want to taste it on its own.
