We are very fortunate to have former Brewmaster, Jeffers Richardson, now Firestone’s Barrel Master who you will have the opportunity to not only dine with but learn all about Firestone’s world class barrel aged beers and their brand new extensive Wild Barrel project. You will learn all about barrel aging and the art of souring beers straight from the Barrel Master himself. Also, Firestone is in the process of launching a brand new sour the first from their Wild Ale series which you will have the opportunity to enjoy before it hits the market. This will be a truly mind blowing & educational craft beer & food event. Dinner is a spectacular 5 course meal with 8 awesome beers & 8 incredible food pairings, each course perfectly paired by our culinary mastermind Chef A.G.. Beers featured include Lil Opal Wild Ale, Union Jack, Parabola, 100% Barrel Fermented Unfiltered DBA and Barrel Aged Double DBA each will be paired individually and side by side in a duo course, and for the spectacular firework finale dessert course will be 14th, 15th, & 16th Anniversary Ales each individually paired in an incredible dessert Trio plate with each Anniversary Ale paired with it’s own decadent dessert. Each Anniversary Ale will be served in a 5oz Firestone Walker snifter glasses and each attendee will get to take one glass home with them.
