A PDX Beer Week Event:
On Friday June 14th Sous Chef / Beer Director Paul Kasten is hosting Sierra Nevada for a six course beer pairing dinner.
The evening will start with some time to mingle over Sierra Nevada's flagship Pale, Summerfest, and the new Ovila Saison w/Mandarin Oranges and Black Pepper.
The six course dinner will feature the four 30th Anniversary beers, all properly cellared since their release in 2010, the brand new Barrel-Aged Maple Stout, and Fungoo, a brown ale brewed with shiitake mushrooms and California wild rice.
The price is $75, with gratuity included. Please contact Shelly Jones, our Events Director for reservations.
