Cambridge Brewing Company Mardi-Gras Benefit For Hurricane Katrina Relief
Saturday - October 08, 2005 @ 12:00AM
Cambridge Brewing Company
, Cambridge, Massachusetts
Beginning at 6pm, Cambridge Brewing Company will be throwing a Mardi-Gras Party to benefit the relief efforts in support of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Chef Brian Roskow will be preparing special fare in the Cajun tradition such as Shrimp Etoufee, Oyster Po boys, Gumbo and bananas foster (a true New Orleans classic). Live Dixieland music will be presented by Andy Voelkers Moon Shiners, a local ensemble comprising some of Bostons brightest young jazz musicians. 25 percent of the proceeds of the evenings sales will be donated to Habitat for Humanity, to support rebuilding efforts for the victims of Hurricane Katrina, along with additional funds raised through our fun-for-all raffle. Raffle prizes will include dinner for two at our next Brewers Dinner on November 12, a $50 gift certificate to the Blue Room, and tickets to hear the Dirty Dozen Brass Band at Harpers Ferry on November 17. For more information, please call 617.494.1994
Note: adding yourself to the attending list does not count as RSVPing with the venue.
