Course 2: Taco de Lingua – Jalapeno, Cilantro and Onion (paired with: Cutlass Amber Lager)
Course 3: Grilled Leg of Lamb – Mint Yogurt and Spring Veggie Ragu (paired with: Big DIPA double IPA)
Course 4: Heritage Chocolate Cake – Creme Anglaise and Mint (paired with: Peg Leg imperial stout)
