We have teamed up with Big Boss for a special 7 beer and 4 course + desert picnic style beer dinner! A casual after work event will be held at Big Boss Brewing. Doors open at 6:30 Dinner at 7pm

First Course - Fresh hot hush puppies with honey butter & bbq sauce

Second - Beer Cheese soup (Bad Penny Brown Ale) with herb brioche croutons

Third - Beer Raised Braised Pork Loin (Saucey Pants Saison) with jalapeno corn bread and a wicked corn salsa

Fourth - Beef Brisket with homemade BBQ sauce (made from High Roller) & wilted spinach salad with a vinaigrette made from Blanco Diablo

Dessert - Chocolate bacon cupcakes with maple butter cream and candied bacon!

We'll have seven beers you can choose from. Staff from both Q Shack and Big Boss will be on hand to suggest pairings for each course.
