For the kickoff of Boston Beer Week, we'll have Andrea Stanley of Valley Malt in house to talk about procuring malted grains for brewing. Chris Lohring of Notch, who uses Valley Malt grains in his beer, will be pouring out tasters. Mass Brewers Guild Executive Director Kristen Sykes will also be on board to talk about upcoming events, projects, and the state of craft beer in MA.
