Sir Hops-A-Lot is attacking Sharp Edge Restaurants. Long-time fans may be familiar, but for those of you who aren’t, let’s break it down a bit. We’ll infuse three of our craft beers and our exclusive “Over The Edge” house bier with fresh hops. The oils come off the hops and makes your freshly-hopped beer that much more intense. We'll be fresh-hopping 3 drafts as well as our exclusive Over the Edge, an already highly hopped triple.
