This class is designed for the beer lover and potential beer lover. Although almost everyone knows how to taste beer, few know how to distinguish what they taste. Come to this class and heighten your enjoyment of each and every glass with a better understanding of the diverse complexities within your favorite brews. In this class, we’ll discuss the components of your favorite craft brews, malts, hops, and yeasts and learn how these vital components affect the final product. In addition, we’ll explore the creative techniques that your favorite micro brewers use to craft their suds.
