It’s a celebration of beer and meat! This event includes:

Unlimited beer tastings from SEVEN of our favorite local breweries
Porky deliciousness from 4505 Meats being served from three “Butcher’s Market” stalls. One specializing in burgers and sausages, one serving whole beast dishes, and a BBQ tent.
Whole pig breakdown and butchery demo from Chef Butcher Ryan Farr
A silent auction for charity of the resulting pork cuts.
Desserts by New Taste Marketplace featuring favorite vendors from the marketplace including Nosh This, Desperation Bakehouse, and Marla Bakery
All hosted in St Gregory’s in Potrero Hill as a fundraiser for The Food Pantry.
