The third iteration of This Is Happening, and it will be better than ever!

As GuisseppeFranco put it, "Just bring 2 or 3 cool bottles of beer that we can't all easily get in NYC and its surrounding areas. That's all there is to it. Oh and to have a good time and don't be a dick."

We'll once again be taking over Top Hops. We're going to be limiting it to 40 this time due to capacity/crowding issues. This time promises to be more smoothly run, better organized, and just as beer-filled.
