Join us on February 21st as we team up with Bell's brewery and Chef Todd Davies for our Food & Beer pairing.
Course One: WINTER WHITE ALE belgian white
Braised clams, basil potato broth
Course Two: OARSMEN ALE berliner wiess
Chihuahua-stuffed poblano, shrimp, serrano, marinated tomato
Course Three: HOPSLAM double IPA
Pork tenderloin, papaya, spicy potatoes, Hopslam-pickled onions
Course Four: SPECIAL DOUBLE CREAM STOUT American stout
Curry-braised lamb, celery root, pistachio, carrot puree
Course Five: THIRD COAST old ale
Stuffed apple, raisins, pecans, scotch caramel, vanilla ice cream
Reception pint: TWO HEARTED @ 6:30 PM
