First Course: Heirloom tomato caprese
Heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil serve with balsamic reduction and spinach oil.

Second Course: Surf and Turf
Fillet Mignon with Demi glaze and Garlic prawns serve with potato au gratin and seasonal vegetables.

Third Course: Tiramisu served with zabaglione sauce.
