To celebrate South Florida Beer Week, OTC will be pairing craft beers with four scratch specialties from our kitchen, all at Happy Hour prices.

Roasted beet and feta salad - paired with Ommegang Witte
Beer-battered shrimp and corn fritters - paired with Monk in the Trunk Belgian amber ale
Maduro-braised beef short rib & brie grilled cheese - paired with Cigar City Maduro Brown Ale
Chipotle BBQ pulled pork sliders - paired with Tequesta Gnarly Barley

With 12 taps rotating offerings, OTC only serves draft craft beers.
