The final installment of the Dockhand Series, Rebellious Dockhand, is also the most anticipated. We take the Dockhand base beer (roasty, rich, dark, complex) and sour-mash it for 2 days to achieve a nice tart sourness. During fermentation, raspberries are added and the resulting beer is a swirl of flavors with a satisfying, tart finish!
