That is why Beachwood BBQ has decided to create a Beer & Cheese series, in order to offer an ongoing study of this timeless duo. This time we’re celebrating in conjunction with Long Beach Cheese week.

Yeast has played an illusive roll in the history of beer for centuries. No genus of brewer’s yeast is more mysterious, celebrated or villainized than Brettanomyces. Experience a variety of captivating, Brett based wild ales and see how naturally they pair up with artisan cheeses.
