Head into the BiG weekend of AK Beer Week with a delicious brunch/lunch option. The cool folks at Snow City Cafe met up with Denali Brewing Company’s Head Brewer Boe Barnett to create a wonderful food-beer pairing. Using the malty sweetness of the beer and tartness of apples as the inspiration, they came up with Apple Benedict: toasted English muffin with grilled apples, grilled chicken apple sausage, poached eggs and hollandaise. Add a can of Denali Brewing’s Single Engine Red for the complete experience.
