Tap & Table is proud to present a stunning four course meal paired with beers from Sierra Nevada's award-winning Ovila line.
The evening will begin with a surprise cocktail beer. This special collaboration is hopefully just what you need to get the dinner started off right.
Each course will be presented by both representative from Sierra Nevada Brewery and Tap & Table Executive Chef John Green.
COURSE ONE:
Winter Citrus Salad with Pomegranate and Sesame
Paired with Ovila Belgian-Style Golden
COURSE TWO:
Tap & Table House made knockwurst with cabbage & spatzel
Paired with Ovila Dubbel
COURSE THREE:
Braised short rib with baby vegetable and molasses jus
Paired with Ovila Barrel-Aged Quadrupel
DESSERT:
Citrus Saison Ice Cream with Poached Plum
Paired with Ovila Saison
About Ovila beers:
Ovila Abbey Ales are a series of Belgian-inspired beers brewed in collaboration with the monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, CA. An homage to the time-honored monastic brewing tradition, Ovila Abbey Ales combine the quality and craft of those dedicated artisans with a dose of American brewing innovation. Featuring ingredients grown by the monks on the grounds of the abbey, Ovila Abbey Ales are a fresh twist on the ancient brewing tradition.
