Pick anyone at random and ask them, "Cheese and....’" Their response is usually "wine," and rightfully so. Wine is certainly one of cheese's best friends, but far from the only one! Beer can be every bit as magical and delicious. Join cheese nerd Adam Centamore, and explore different cheese and beer pairings. Goat cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, heck, even Brie - they all sing when paired with the right brew. You'll sample many examples just to make sure!
