Who makes the best beers in the Great Lakes region? There are so many great brewers, but we're going to let Chicago's Goose Island duke it out with Grand Rapids' Founders in our second split Total Tap Takeover.

Representatives of each brewery will be in attendance as each takes over approximately half the draft lines.

Departing from porcine tradition, Chef Chris Cameron's staff will pay homage to the stockyards and smoke beef briskets all day to present a beef barbecue platter that will have your mouth watering when it is released at 5pm!
