4-course pre fixe dinner menu option on Wednesday, Jan 16, 2013. You can order it during dinner hours. Menu TBA. Midnight Sun Brewing’s Head Brewer, Lee Ellis, will come to your table to chat up the beers and answer questions as you proceed through this wonderfully crafted meal. 6 PM til close. Get a free MSBC glass with every special MSBC meal purchased.

Spenard Blonde Belgian Light IPA – Bacon-breaded Scotch egg, crispy shoestring potatoes, smoky cheddar mustard, micro greens
Fallen Angel Belgian Golden Strong Ale – Yin-yang wild tiger prawns, grits, sausage, fried okra, spicy tomato broth
Nitro Oak Aged Son of Berserker Imperial Stout – Seared lamb racks, grilled mushroom rosemary-thyme balsamic and red wine reduction, preserved lemon risotto, caramelized pearl onions
Brandy Barrel Aged Arctic Devil Barley Wine – Birch syrup flan, berry compote, macerated blueberries
