Beer Dinner for Boston Beer Week with a Goose Island Brewer
Scallop Tostadas paired with Pepe Nero - Sautéed Scallops served on crispy handmade blue corn tortillas with chipotle mustard, salsa and tomato endive salad
Flautas de Carnitas paired with Matilda - Crispy taquitos of pork carnitas, grilled pineapple and bacon with fruity roasted chile arbol- tomato sauce. Served with arugula and cojita cheese
Salmon Ole paired with Sofie - Salmon Filet with seafood mousse (shrimp, lobster and crabmeat) wrapped in phyllo dough. Served with red chile ancho and green chile poblano sauce.
Chocolate Azteca paired with Pere jacques - Three layer of chocolate cake. Served with strawberry preserve, milk mint sorbet and dehydrated strawberries
