Revolution Pizza & Ale House, is featuring another exclusive 5 course Beer Dinner featuring Southern Tier Brewing Company. They will will also be reveling the first 2x IPA CASK from Southern Tier to come to North Carolina.
Executive Chef, Meredith Smith, has hand selected each of the 5 Southern Tier Beers and paired them perfectly with the 5 phenomenal courses. She expresses that "Creating Beer Dinners are one of my favorite things to do as a chef. I get to be a little creatively crazy while staying true to the food and the beers".
