Please note: we've moved the date to Tuesday, January 31.

The beers for the 5 courses will be (our chef, Tom Willis, is working on the food pairings):

• The Saint, Elevated Hard Apple Cider/Crispin Cider Works, Colfax, California
"The Crispin Cider Company continues to take hard cider to a higher level with another new genre-breaking cider, Crispin The Saint. The Saint is a truly unique cider that uses apple wine fermented with Belgian Trappist beer yeasts and is smoothed with organic maple syrup." - from Crispin's website

• Ta Henket, American Pale Wheat Ale/Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Milton, Delaware
"Ta Henket is brewed with an ancient form of wheat and loaves of hearth-baked bread, and it's flavored with chamomile, dom-palm fruit and Middle Eastern herbs. To ferment this earthy ancient ale, Sam and friends traveled to Cairo, set out baited petri dishes and captured a native Egyptian saccharomyces yeast strain." - from Dogfish Head's website

• Nomad, Bohemian Pilsner/Great Divide Brewing Company, Denver, Colorado
"Nomad is our spin on the classic Bohemian Pilsner style. The journey starts with German malts and Saaz hops that offer a lively floral nose and crispness, while a full 5 weeks of lagering time ensures that Nomad is eminently balanced. This Nomad may wander, but it’s got some serious roots." - from Great Divide's website

• Diesel, American Stout/Sixpoint Craft Ales, Brooklyn, New York
American Stout, full-bodied, roasted, and highly hopped. "The Diesel is our version of stout, and with a name like Diesel we needed something with character... something with substance. Something with a deep roasted flavor, something with a full-bodied toffee sweetness. Something with cleansing citrus, and grassy hop bitterness after every swallow." - from Sixpoint's website

• Humboldt Brown (Hemp Ale), American Brown Ale/Nectar Ales. Paso Robles, California
"Affiliated with the Nectar Ales experience through shared origins at Humboldt Brewing Company, Hemp Ale is a one-of-a-kind brew that boasts an incredibly rich profile and unique herb-accented flavor that is attributable to the incorporation of hemp seeds into the brewing process." - from Nectar Ales' website
