Saturday, January 28th Doors open at 11am.
In an effort to not have people stand outside in the cold for hours on end, SPH will once again hand out numbered order sheets with our current and vintage offerings for the day. These sheets will be available at the front of the brewery at 9:00am, and we ask that people pick them up as soon as they’re made available. We also ask that people line up, in numbered order, prior to the brewery opening up at 11:00am.
SPH will do its best to gauge appropriate bottle limits, in an effort to allow all customers present to get at least one bottle of all our offerings. The following bottle limits are chosen using the number of people from last year’s Release Party. If the number of people this year far exceeds the population of our neighboring towns, we apologize, and hope you show up early enough to land at least one bottle of each offering.
Cheers! Once again the brewers at the Southampton Publick House have opened the vaults and will be releasing very limited amounts of some highly special beers.

* Southampton 15th Anniversary Ale (9.5% abv)
(750ml, $15 per bottle, limit 4 per person)
* Southampton Black Raspberry Lambic (6.0% abv)
(750ml, $15 per bottle, limit 2 per person)
* Southampton Uberliner (Imperial Berliner Weisse) (6.0% abv)
(22oz, $15 per bottle, limit 2 per person)
and some vintage goods available until supplies last...

* Southampton Grand Cru 2011 (9.8% abv)

Along with our year-round beers, we will be pouring draft versions of our 2012 "new release" beers, as well as the Abbot 12 2010.
Brewmaster Phil Markowski will be on hand all day long, so bring your copy of his book, Farmhouse Ales, to have him sign it. We will also have copies on hand to purchase, as well as Event T-shirts.
Brunch and Lunch menu available from 11:30-3pm. Join us for another extraordinary day on the east end of Long Island.
