Reception with Animal Presentation in Treetops Banquet Room, 6 p.m. dinner to follow in Albert’s Restaurant, 6:45 p.m.
Taste a selection of unique and hard-to-find Sierra Nevada brews, and learn about an over 30-year commitment to sustainable brewing using only the finest of the four most natural brewing ingredients; whole hops, barley malt, yeast, and water. See the menu below.
$69 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Maximum party size is 8 people. Must be 21 years old to attend. Menu substitutions are not available for this event.
