Here are the details on the upcoming Harvest Dinner. The dinner features the production of all dishes from a mangalista hog that was purchased from Traverse City, MI and the suckling pigs are from Maine.
Each dish paired with one of New Holland Brewing Co.'s finest.

Reception: Charcuterie and pickles
Paired with New Holland's Full Circle Kolsch

Appetizer: Pork Belly Steam Bun,
miso glaze, pickled winter radish and fireball Sauce.
Paired with New Holland's Mad Hatter IPA

Soup: Faux Pho with pork tenderloin, smoked shank, rice noodles and bean sprouts
Paired with New Holland's Cabin Fever Brown Ale

Salad: Apple and endive. With city ham, jonagold and toasted walnuts.
Paired with New Holland's Cabin Fever Brown Ale

Entree: Suckling pig porchetta with barley, greens and grits.
Paired with New Holland's Charkoota Rye Smoked Doppelbock Lager.

Dessert: Apples and bacon.
Bacon and salted caramel gelato. Empire apples and New Holland Artisan Spirits' Michigan Amber Rum
Paired with New Holland's Pilgrim's Dole Wheat Wine
