Can't wait for FoBAB (The Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beers)? Come to and get your wood on early at The Beer School Bar! We will be tapping at least six wood or barrel aged beers, plus a Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Vertical at 9 pm of 06', 07', 08', & 09'!
Founders Hand Of Doom (Barrel-aged version of Double Trouble)
Two Brothers & Urthel's Moaten (Oak aged sour flemish red ale)
New Belgium Le Terroir (Sour beer barrel-aged for two years and then dry-hopped with amarillo and cascade hops )
Two Brothers Oak-Aged Domaine DuPage
New Belgium Tart Lychee (Three year wild (oak barrel acidified with souring bacteria and Brettanomyces yeast) beer blended with lychee and Ceylon cinnamon.)
