ALASKAN PALE ALE
Appetizer:
Halibut Ceviche Tostada
A white corn tortilla topped with halibut ceviche, arugula & a tropical avocado salsa
ALASKA WHITE
Salad:
Seared Mahi-Mahi on a bed of wild greens tossed in an Ancho chili
and citrus vinaigrette
ALASKAN SMOKED PORTER
Appetizer:
Our smoked salmon spread in a crispy parmesan cup, drizzled with a roasted red pepper coulis. Served with flat bread
ALASKAN WINTER ALE
Entrée:
Seared pork loin served with roasted tiny potatoes & baby carrots. Topped with a Winter Ale-fireroasted apple demi glaze
ALASKAN BALTIC PORTER
Dessert:
Dark chocolate porter espresso mousse layered with raspberry coulis and sweet cream. Served with a cinnamon almond cookie
