Day of the Dead Beer Dinner
Sunday November 1 at 6 pm, one seating, $40 per person.
We will put out a spread of 3 courses served buffet style
with a beer to match the food in each course.
First course
Squash bisque with porcini, sherry, cider and cream
Lotus root with ricotta and pea shoots in chestnut honey
Ancho chili flan with savoy cabbage in saffron oil
(Rex Grue amber ale with clary sage Italy)
Main course
Spicy pork belly braised with ginger, garlic and pickled cabbage
Spaetzle with pumpkin seed(pepita) butter, roasted cauliflower and brussels sprouts
Chicken with prunes, ancho chilies, saffron and walnut - smoky tea crema
Shrimp adobo with onions, tomatoes, peppers, chilies, garlic and pimenton
Spicy black beans with garlic, chilies, cumin, cilantro
Braised greens
