Chef Sean Daly and President of Left Hand Brewing Eric Wallace will collaborate to provide 6 perfect beer and food pairings. Both Sean and Eric will be speaking about each pairing. The dinner will begin at 7:30 November 18th Wednesday evening. Reservations are required. Hugo has done beer dinners with Bells, Stone and Two Brothers and rumor on the streets is that they are " the best beer dinners in the region". Deliscous, entertaining, informative and just damn good beer!
