BeerAdvocate and Eastern Standard present Gallia Belgica: a fusion Belgian beer dinner to highlight rustic, old world style foods with a slight modern twist. These rustic fusions will be paired with classic Belgian beer styles and modern American interpretations of Belgian classics.
