Lambic Beer Festival

On Saturday, May 16th, Delilah's will be hosting one of the most comprehensive tastings of Lambic beers ever held in North America.

We will be tasting every possible variety of this spontaneously fermented Belgian beer that we can get our hands on, including but not limited to: Drie Fonteinen, Lindemans, Liefmans, Hanssens, Cherish, Chapeau, Mort Subite, St. Louis, Timmermans, Girardin, Belle Vue, Oud Beersel, Cantillon & Boon. We will have three vintages of Drie Fonteinen Gueuze from a cast of over a dozen different Gueuzes, some very rare straight Lambic, a few highly sought after Faros (young Lambic flavored with candy sugar and spices), and a myriad of fruit based Lambics (Framboise, Kriek, Peche...) of all flavors and all possible intensities -- around sixty Lambics in multiple vintages will be on hand. A few American versions will also be available.

TIME: 12pm - 5pm.

COST: $20 for twenty sample tickets and informational materials.
