For Extreme Beer Fest #6 we're hitting The Roadhouse (owned by The Publick House) for some brews & grub. This is a great chance to decompress from the fest and hangout with BAs and industry folk who are still in town.

Enjoy some delicious comfort-style food (buffet-style), plenty of craft beer, and an exclusive Bloody Mary bar with all-the-fixin's (and them some) featuring Blue Hen Vodka from Dogfish Head. And World Wide Stout floaters.

High noon to 4pm. No cover.

# Food Buffet ($22 = all-u-can-eat)

Cold:
- Organic Fruits: Champagne grapes, Melons, Grapefruit, Orange, Cherries (dried fruit and nuts garnish.)
- Peche lambic mimosas. Local apple cider. (Carver, Massachusetts.)
- Imported and Domestic artisan Cheeses.
- Locally Baked breads and biscuits with jams and spreads.
- Condiments: BBQ sauce, Ketchup, Mustard.

Hot:
- "Scrapple 'n' eggs" Seared scrapple with cheesy scramble eggs.
- "Fish Boil" Blue crab, Shrimp, Catfish, Corn, Potatoes, Andoullie, Beer and Old bay.
- "Fried pork Chops" Seasoned and breaded center cut pork loin chops, fried golden served with Smoked Ketchup.
- Cheesy grits & bacon.

Dessert:
- Sweet potato pie.
- Chocolate chip cookies.

- Oysters $1.00 ea (charged at bar by shucker.)
- Ethans F'ing awesome Bloody mix
- Black and queen olives.
- Fresh grated horseradish.
- Smoked tomato granita.
- Pickled Habenero peppers, green beans, heart of palm and pearl onions.
- Strong grain mustards, (France, Germany,U.S.A.)
- Celery and carrot sticks.
- Rimmers: Old bay, mouth-searing chile, Sea-salt and pepper.
