Beer! BBQ! Beach!

It's the first annual combined beer festival and barbecue cookoff in North Carolina's Outer Banks hosted by High Cotton BBQ and Chip’s Wine & Beer Market.

Amateur pit masters from around the state will cook whole-hogs on site competing for cash prizes awarded by an expert panel.

Hundreds of beers from around the world will be available for taste sampling. While national and international beers will be available, the tent will feature the two local breweries, Outer Banks Brewing Station and Weeping Radish, as well as North Carolina breweries. Entry to the beer tent will be controlled in two sessions, to insure participants full access during each three-hour session.
