I have a question or issue with my tickets.

When do tickets ship?
Physical tickets will NOT be shipped. A PDF Ticket will be emailed to you by Eventbrite. If you didn't get one, please visit the Eventbrite help pages. You MUST print and bring this ticket to the event, where it will be scanned / verified.
What is the refund policy?
NO refunds. NO exchanges. NO exceptions under any circumstances.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, or on your phone. See their help pages for how.
What's included with the ticket price?
Entry, all tastings, compostable tasting cup and fest guide; while they last.

All beers are subject to change and availability.
How many tickets are sold?
Friday: 750. Saturday: 850 per session.
Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes, manually buy the ticket buyer via Eventbrite. See their help pages for how.
The name on my ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, so long as the ticket is valid when scanned at the fest.

Where is the event being held?
The Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts. 539 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02116. See their Directions and Parking page for details.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
21+ w/ valid ID. NO minors. NO exceptions.
What are the event times?
Friday is 6-9:30pm. Saturday Day Session is 1-4:30pm and the Night Session is 6-9:30pm.
Are there any differences between sessions?
Friday and Saturday Session formats are completely different. For the most part the beer line-ups on Saturday will be the same, however everything is subject to change and availability.
Do you offer a Designated Driver program?
We don't. We feel that DD programs promote abstinence vs. responsible drinking. We recommend that all fest attendees plan accordingly, drink in moderation, and use public transportation to get to your final destination safely.
Is the venue handicapped accessible?
Yes. There's a stair lift as well as a side elevator.
What happens if it rains or snows?
The fest will go on.
Will there be a coat or bag check?
No.
Can I bring a bag or backpack?
Yes. Provided that it's small and doesn't get in the way of other attendees. Your bag may be subject to search by security too.
Can I buy beer at the fest?
No.
Can I bring beer to the fest?
No.
Can I bring outside food?
No.
I would like to distribute info or product at your fest.
No thanks. Solicitation will result in your immediate removal from the fest.
