Just think though, what better way for it all to end than us all tipping a Zombie Dust bought at a local store to the solar flare/whirling comet/electrical pulse/pole shiftine/ZOMBIE apocalypse?
I stopped by Weilands in Columbus today and I am fairly certain that I saw some ZD behind the counter. Pretty much 100% certain, they had the six packs split into singles and each one had a sticker on top, so I am assuming they were selling them with a one bottle limit. That's just a guess though, I didn't ask because I had already spent enough money for the day and there was a long-ass line.
Whoa we have a modern-day Nostradamus here folks! Next you're gonna tell us that the Cubs are gonna finish either 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th.
it's in cleveland. i scored a six pack. it was just under $13 w tax--how does that compare to the brewery?
i bought a 6 pack from my guy in noblesville about an hour ago...he was sent 2 cases this week...are the tides beginning to turn?
its 35 a case at the brewery...i paid regular fff prices for the 6er that i got tonight which is usually about $10.99 at my place
Simone's in Lakewood had some yesterday. Premium Beverage Supply announced that Ohio will begin receiving more in the coming week and it will be a mainstay to the already existing FFF distro that is here.
I was told the limit was two six packs. I saw a couple people walking out with a case... did you see that?
I saw one guy walking out with a case when we pulled up, they did tell us only 2 six packs. And a guy we passed on our way out was eyeballing my cart, I though he was about to grab my beer.
M Meh. NKY is turning into hipster central... Maybe if you were walking out with pbr and a carton of cigarettes.
It is in SW Ohio as well. I was surprised to see some at Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, OH. I grabbed 2 for a 6 of singles thought it was a mistake they had it but it rang up correctly on the reciept.
Can anyone tell me where in Columbus Zombie Dust has shown up? I see that Savor Market and likely Weiland's received some over the weekend. I was out of town but managed to get some in Cincinnati. Just curious to hear where else in Columbus it may be.
Premium Beverage Supply does not distribute or represent Three Floyds in Ohio. Cavalier Distributing does.
I'm told ZD bombers are supposed to arive in Dayton today. Hell with the blizzard, I'm heading out.....
The blizzard was braved, and I scored 2 bottles of ZD. 12 oz bottles, not 22 as I was originaly told. None the less, I have 2, they are in Dayton and it's a damn good beer. Cheers!
It definitely wasnt $5. I got a 6 pack of of Gumball and 3 ZD and my total cost was $24.03. $11.99 for the GBH, so looks like about $3.50/bottle for the ZD. Im not exactly sure how much tax on the dollar at the liquor store.
Also found a couple bottles at Anderson's in Maumee ($2.99 i think). This store is close, so its usually the only place I shop for beer...so I've only ever seen it there. First time I've ever seen ZD though, usually its the seasonal releases.
I wasn't looking for it, didn't expect to find it, didn't even know it was in Ohio. Just flat out got lucky. (and it probably was $2.99, that I don't recall)
