We are doing a special tasting session in Melbourne and Sydney on Japan's craft beers and want to do a live interview with an English-speaking authority on the craft beer scene in Japan. Does anyone have any suggestions of who this could be? It could a beer writer/journalist or highly regarded brewer for instance.
