Update: My cousin from Italy is asking me on Facebook who is in the lead. For your knowledge, many Italians celebrated Obama when he became president.

That's some amazing guitar work, this guy has some Michael Hedges in his style (RIP Michael). I wish I could get my Martin to sound that good and I also wish I had a bottle of Dreadnaught to enjoy while watching that video, since I don't, "This One Goes To 11" was just popped since it resembles the knobs on my Soldano amp (guitar heads will get that one), the next best guitar themed beer I have access to. The acoustic guitar is such an incredibly soulful instrument, I also sent this clip to a friend of mine at Martin Guitar. Cheers, man - that was mesmerizing!! :D

Hell yeah! I originally posted the song because my good friend had spent the whole spring 2012 semester mastering it for his final. It was his big 21 yesterday so i felt like posting it was appropriate since he's worked so hard on it. Im stoked that so many people like it and recognize it.

Now onto my first Mikkeller single-hop. My girlfriend bought me one of each as an early Christmas present. Planning to try one each week. This one is very different - have never encountered this hop variant before.

Sweet present for sure, I really need to start trying these. I have an issue with buying them because of freshness, shipping, etc...

Got my beer drinking out of the way earlier today at a bar that was having a Founders event. I got to enjoy KBS, Harvest Ale, Red Rye, Curmudgeon, and Imperial Stout (2011). Now I'm just relaxing at home until I maybe pour myself a splash of bourbon before bed.

Feeling patriotic as we stand to elect our next "Rajah"

The report on the votes certainly seem to share something in common with this next brew...

And certainly the perfect brew for election night...

What happened to that video of your buddy? Just watched it and was going to quote and it's gone. He did a fantastic job, I've been playing longer than he is old and there's no way I could have come close. Even more impressive, he didn't use the heavy delays like the original. The original is definitely more articulate but who am I to critique? Your friend did an incredible job.

Wish I knew about DC Brau Brewing Co. before I moved to Wisconsin, not that WI as a whole state wasn't a fair trade. Guess I'll just have to get the family to get me some!!!

Watching election results come in, sipping on a 18.7 oz bottle of Sam Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout. This beer is amazing. It stole the show at Beervana a few weeks ago and it's worth the $5 sticker.
