My first Avery beer. This ones got some flavor for 6.3ABV

What's up LNBA? It's been way too long...

Drinking on this, not even close to as good as the Alpine IPAs! I think I'll stick to them in the future

Followed Ben's lead.. 2012 has aged nicely. Lots of malty goodness.

My last Mirror Pond ...but hey I still have a couple black butte porters!

Could not agree more; really good times and I'm craving Blood and Honey already; that surprised me how tasty it was. Thanks for freeing up the evening for me. It was great company meeting both you and your wife. Sure as hell makes the business travel easier enjoying good conversation, good friends and good pints. I'll have to make it back to Dallas . . . that restaurant owner a couple doors down from where we grabbed dinner owes me my part of the commission for all the business we helped bring in anyways haha

I was really hoping this would be their Local Harvest Pumpernickel Rye Porter just with a different name, but alas it is not. Still pretty good though.

Chombers 1, and you can find it at Tasty Beverage in downtown Raleigh. It was brewed for them specifically, so go scoop some up. Plenty of it there; some bottles are waxed and others arent, and from what the rep told me there isn't a difference between then.

Moved onto some Maudite. Should have drank this from the get go.

I'll have to trek over there..hate driving to Raleigh tho. Next time you're in Durham check out Sam's Quick Shop (aka Sam's Blue Light) Best beer selection in the state.

Heady topper for me, bootleggers rustic rye for the wife, and an awesome home cooked fancy dinner for the both of us!

Love me some Sam's. I'd give the edge to Peabody's and then Bestway for my favs in the state though
