The proper way to start your work week.
The proper way is to pour the 3Beans over your frosted wheat.
This right now. I wish I could smell this beer forever and not have to drink it. Doesnt taste bad but it doesnt really make me say...well, anything. Review here
Cheers ladies and gentlemen!
This beer is absolutely amazing and priced right!
Watching wave one of the Tsnownami in the Mpls area and having an old favorite with lunch. For those of you with Netflix streaming, House of Cards is a pretty good political drama.
I'll have a Grande Coffee Bender please
I may have to revisit this beer. When I tried it I was very underwhelmed. Maybe I got an old bottle.
Nugget Nectar while prepping to brew my first triple
Hmmmm this beer is kinda old. You'll REALLY like it fresh!
Decent session brew with lunch; finishing 2nd of 4 graduate papers due in the next 2 weeks.
Gotta stay frosty.
The bottle I had was fresh. Not sure how you thought I had an old bottle.
I live in Cali n all they have are old bottles.they even have them on sale 2 for 7$ I didn't know they made a new batch
It's a year-round beer. I suspect they've made more than one batch. As for the pricing, a bomber is generally less than $5 on the east coast, so I don't thing 2/$7 in their home state indicates it's OOC.
I shall see
Some beer hop breakfast with lunch.....mikkeller is so good but the prices are crazy
Some Hill Farmstead Harlan on a lazy afternoon...
While rewatching Band of Brothers from the start.
Torpedo and velvet rooster on tap
First Sucaba of the year. Always such a treat...
Last wake n bake. Sittin on the couch at 4pm in pajamas watching first48... This is a great spring break-
I stand corrected.
Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA
Stone Enjoy By @ Crescent Moon in Hickory!
This is fuking outstanding. Looking forward to popping the batch 4 750ml I have this spring.
And jamming to some DKM. This one goes out to all my union brothers and sisters out fighting the good fight. Stand tall, stand proud and stand united!
Cheers ya' bastards!
I just got done cleaning out my snifter glass when it slipped out of my hand
Went to the store to buy a new one and got a 4 pack of this while I was there.
Ended up being a good afternoon after all
Finished a big project today... celebrating with my 2nd to last of these!
SA's Third Voyage DIPA
A friend and I split the Hopology box. I normally don't drink SA, and
I couldn't say when the last time I did have one, save now. Not that SA is bad,
but I feel like I can spend a bit more coin and approach higher levels of
happiness and help out the bottom line for smaller, less extensively distributed breweries.
I guess this might make me a 'beer snob.' And so I am...
(not even close to a pour, but my beer-joy-o-meter isn't pegged either!).
I chose this for my 1000th BA review. Damn, this is one big beer from Boulevard...
New Belgium Rampant IIPA (good for a NB IPA that wasnt a collab) and Alchemy Hour. Only a warm up for when OSUBeerStudent, brstls4drmrs, and I open stuff later.
Black Husky Milk Stout. Wow, it is great.
What kind of opener sealer is that on the Sucaba.
Usually he is a stout dog(cherry rye) but he has to try a heady topper
I might have to share this one with El Gato. Cheers All!
One more OB..
I think I picked it up at my regular beer store for $3.99/2. So far it's worked well for me, for bombers and 12 oz bottles. I do have a bigger stopper for the 750 magnums though. Cheers!
This isn't the exact one, but it is the same style. I have several that are quite old (found them in my parents' house) and work pretty well keeping the carbonation in a beer for a day or two. Perfect for splitting up a bomber into multiple sessions.
You know, there are many days when the beer I'm drinking isn't great (case in point); today I don't really care. I've been bending over backwards trying to set up a network for my printer, so it would work in every computer in the house. After a day of pure fail, any kind of beer will hit the spot perfectly. Well, except for something like Bud, of course.
