Just finished a 11/2010 DFH Burton Baton and writing about my 2 year Hop Experiment. Now enjoying a FW Double DBA and may have either a Stockyard Oatmeal Stout or Evil Twin's Imperial Biscotti Break which has thankfully landed in my neighborhood.

    Really? Anti-hyper? C'mon

    http://beeradvocate.com/user/beers?ba=Giovannilucano

Those are some pretty high rDev's for someone who doesn't hype

I get it your passionate, but lets be honest with ourselves. You want to spread the word of Italian craft across this fine land and under the first ammendment you are allowed to do so proudly. Preach on. I'm just curious as to what you call it if not hyping.

Home brewed "trappist" ale, that actually turned out more like a hefeweizen. It taste great though!

It's good. I'd say open yours soon because the body is rather thin. I don't think age will do this beer any good.

I'm very glad you said that because I was going to sit on my bottles for awhile, I'll start cracking them now. Thanks, man! :)

Sucks now; nearing the last in the glass moment. That late, near warm-ish, bottom of the tumbler point. Sometimes the end is the best. The nose, the hops, the balance. Can't grow sick of this! Cheers!

And I find the first 1 or 3 sips are the best. Especially the first sip. What a blast!

That is the trick to it all. There is a fine line of what is considered hype and as you kindly said, passionate. Rather I do not let hype decide what I should like. Funny, I do not know what the word for hype is in Italian. Actually I do not know the full meaning of the word as it were.

Then I admit my fault and I believe this is will mark my exit of this site. I tried to show kindness and passion but failed....

Weird. I had 1 Braggot from Widmer called Prickly Pear. It's listed as a Braggot on the beer's page but not when you go to the Braggot style list.
