V-Day Beer Dinner Pairings

Here is what I am thinking for the annula V-Day Beer dinner I make for my wife. Any input on the beer pairings would be much appreciated.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops with fried sage and a Brie Cream Sauce paired w/ Black Currant Saison or Goose Island Sofie

Creamy artichoke soup with marscarpone paired with Magic Hat #9

Rosemary Veal Chops, garlic mushroom risotto, and steamed brocolli paired w/ Nugget Nectar

Sounds tasty! I would personally go with something a little more stout-ish with the Chops. Or maybe a Deschutes Black Butte. Just my two cents.

Sounds like a great menu.
