Trouble Brewing by Arne Frantzell
From BeerAdvocate magazine #68 (September 2012)
This is yet another one I don't get.
Me either. Something about brewdog being all about appearances? I'm not sure.
I think every special release they do a video, and it always has wacky customs/gimmicks in it...
customs = costumes
I think the description on facebook was funnier than the actual comic, that being said I couldn't do any better. Maybe it's because this one is in color.
I'll just leave this here:
People don't understand this comic? Lay off the cough syrup people.
Ha. This is brilliant. The reveal is perfect.
I don't get it. But I also don't know what BrewDog is, so...
I'm sorry, but fuck those guys for their squirrel/stoat bottle things. That's horrendous.
As per the linked article, all the animals were road kill. So get off your damn high horse.
If you're just pissy that they're making a mockery of the respectableness of beer, or something of that nature, well then I'd tell you to get the stick out of your ass.
Still pretty horrible. But, at least, you have an awesome profile pic. Good work.
it was a pretty harsh critique anyway, coming from zappafrank, who must bear some responsibility for the cover art for Weasels Ripped My Flesh, innit.
Yes, but that poor little weasel-machine needs to eat!
I got it, but that video came out 2 years ago, that's an eternity in beer geek culture.
Glad I wasnt the only one.
