George Gale's Prize Old Ale 1999-2002 is my fave of my cellar, but the Weyerbacher Decadance and Eleven stand out too (only ones I have a single of, I have plenty of Twelve-Seventeen).

I don't think I have anything seriously outrageous, but they're mine and I love them.

If I had to pick just one "thing" it would be my Sexy Choc vert, 09-12. Just because it was the first beer release I had ever been to and I've met so many great people at those events. Not to mention drinking a ton of great beer there as well. I guess its the memories more than the beer.

I'm kind of proud of my 7 six packs of Bigfoot, starting from 2006 to 2012, a six pack from each year. I know its not really all that valuable, or rare, I'm just more impressed that I have managed to keep them in on the shelf for so long and not drink them! I love that stuff.

Mine is my 2011 Abyss. I have several bottles and I check my temp everyday to my fridge to make sure the beers are okay

My cellar is really just a small gathering. The Black Lotus or crown jewel is my 2009 Black Tuesday. I also have a VE 6.6.06, that I've had since 2/07, I will be opening that in December, really I'm excited to see how a closet in the Southland can cellar beer.

Some will understand my two candidates:

Last bottle of homebrewed RIS 12% ABV (March 2011)
Last bottle of homebrewed barleywine 10% ABV (May 2011)

These were really nice beers and I've yet to confront a situation that warranted their opening. Sad but true.

My Rares are probably my crown jewel. The sentimental vote goes to the two 2008 DFH Palo Santos I have because they are the first beers I started to cellar. My favorites in my cellar by taste are my BCBVSs and BA Shipwreck Porters!

Probably between Izzy, DDG or Blabaer. Lots of others too but not quite to that level.

Purely sentimental because god knows what it's actually like at this point: original '06 750 of Shorts Mystery Stout. Otherwise, Rare.

I have not been cellaring things that long either, only a year or so. With that said, I would say

    2007 Avery Mephostophiles
    2010 DFH World Wide Stout
    2011 Firestone Abacus
2011 Boulevard Imperial Stout Batch 1

For sentimental value - 2 remaining 4 pks of 02' Vim & vigor WWS. First case I bought.

Other than that - Blabaer, Bourbon Vanilla DL, GI Rare

A couple cool bottles received in a trade on my trip to Belgium:

    1991 De Neve Oude Geuze
    2001 De Cam Oude Geuze

Got a bunch of other cool beers but I am most excited to crack those open, soon hopefully.

The Goose has been very good to me this year!

    RARE X 1
    BCBVS X 1
    KH X 5

I love my other Goose Ilsand beers as well, but these are my crown jewels.

I'd have to go with the Blabaer simply because I happened to be in the right place (Olbutikken) at the right time (the week of release) to get it.
