^^^ Beer #3 tastes like cigarette butts and burnt licorice
Drank like a 3-4 year old bottle of Victory at Sea and it was the best thing I have ever had.
Nothing too rare but have a couple good verticals going
07-10,12,13 Stone IRS
08-10 The Abyss
1972 Felix Kriek Speciaal 75cl
2004 (first batch) Cantillon Cuvee Des Champions
Girardin Jonge Lambic (bottled at 10 months old)
three years in the making and set completed today.
New standard just set for this thread.
Also, everyone should start posting pics!
I realize I have a huge cellar, so I'm kinda a hypocrite, but at what point are you gonna start cracking those open? Are you just going to keep holding out every year so you can complete the next year's set?
I must say, I've been mighty tempted to finish my 2012 set (I have the vanilla and muerte).
oh I have a plan
Make sure you invite me!
chug! chug! chug! chug! chug! chug!
This needs an update, Red, Gold, Blue, Black, Gold '13.
Kuhnhenn Blueberry Eisbock
Kate the Great 2011
Maple BA Fayston
There are lots, it's impossible for me to have a favorite. 2008 BCBS has a special place in my heart cause it was bottled on my birthday.
I had a BA Maple Fayston yesterday. Drink it now. I can only imagine that that parts I liked would completely fall off after a year or two.
Wouldn't that be like chugging a gallon of milk- nearly impossible?

2010, 2011 and 2012 Darkness
Probably my couple bottles of Beatification and some other Russian River stuff, especially now that I no longer live in NorCal.
I'm waiting until the winter. I've had Lawson's stouts before and I prefer them on cold nights.
Sitting in an off-site temp controlled cellar with about 300 friends In all fairness I've since sold 2 of these bottles to help fund the car projects.
I'd have to say my current gem is a bottleworks XII but I'm working on that cascade collection...slowly :/
Nothing overly special but I guess these are my most prized cellar dwellars:
Moat Water (simply because it is my favorite Imperial Stout)
Probably one of the following (Too much down there):
Cable Car 2009
Gotta one of these:
03 Oude Geuze Vintage
3F Oude Gueuze 2000 and various Stitzel-Weller bourbons...
Anything in particular you're waiting on to get started on all that Rodenbach?
'03 DL? I need this sir.
2 Bottles of Toppling Goliath Mornin' Delight. I just started drinking Kraft beer about 6 months ago.
Ya know... I consider you a dear, dear friend. DEAR, dear friend.

I'm not sure which beer is my crown jewel, a case could be made for many of the bottles. But there are 2 sitting down there that I love above all others:
2002 3F Oude Gueuze Vintage
h.ertie St Vlagobeek
Bourbon Vanilla Dark Lord
Churchill's Finest Hour '13
Black Tuesday '09
Fou Foune (proudly got 5 bottles from Barcelona)
BA Hunahpus (Bourbon, Apple Brandy, California Brandy)
and most of all, my 1998 Budweiser.
So tempting to rip through these, but I'm going to be patient for once.
Decided to put my good stuff together. Well, the HF brews were already together...decided to throw in some more random goodies on the same shelf too.
