Can tap rooms legally open on Sunday's? If so do any do this?

Will be in town on a Sunday and looking to try some of the newer options out. What would be available/open?

I think taprooms can legally be open on Sundays, but none of them are. Northbound Brewpub is open seven days a week though, and they have great food.

Fulton is actually open Sundays when the twins play.

It would seem that the Sunday off-sale issue would help taprooms as well, as Im guessing the main reason they are not open is that they cannot sell growlers/750's.

Ya gotta cross the river for that kind of Fun! The next BrewFarm open Tap Room weekend is MAR 2-3 from 3-7 each day. And we'll have plenty of liters for take-away. Just a half hour east of Hudson...

How exactly does not being able to sell growlers help them?

I think you misread my post. It doesnt help them.
  8. Isn't the rule in MN that you have to serve food to also sell/serve booze on Sunday?

Just head on down to IA, we (TG) are open every day because beer is for every day! :)

    Cheers!
