I'd try a nice crisp Pilsener, maybe a Victory Prima Pils.

Boulevard 80 Acre Wheat or Lagunitas Lil Sumpin Sumpin would probably be what I would go with.

Dry Stouts are great with fish tacos

With spicy Mexican food, particularly fish tacos, I like clean beers with mild bitterness, but bright, hoppy aromatics. Beers like Victory Prima Pils, Brooklyn Sorachi Ace, and Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA come to mind.

Making these tomorrow, planning on pairing La Trappe Tripel. Considered an IPA but already have Tripel at home.
